Welcome to the Eastfield City Council Customer Service Centre. To make your visit faster, we now use a ticket system. Please take a numbered ticket from the machine beside the entrance and choose the service you need: parking permits, waste collection, or general enquiries. When your number appears on the screen above the counters, go to the window shown next to it. Average waiting times are displayed at the top of each screen. If you need help using the machine, please ask a member of staff in a green jacket. Thank you for your visit.
