Read listening script

Coach: Before any run, spend at least five minutes warming up. Start with gentle walking, then move on to slow jogging and a few simple leg swings. The aim is to raise your heart rate gradually and loosen the muscles you are about to use. Holding long stretches while your muscles are still cold is less helpful than most people think.
