OFFICER: Good afternoon, Innovate Hub Maker-Space. How can I help you today? CALLER: Hello. I'm calling to enquire about booking a workstation and 3D printing equipment for an engineering project. OFFICER: Certainly. We offer open access to our prototyping labs. Which facility are you hoping to use? CALLER: I need the stereolithography printer, mainly for casting precision resin components. OFFICER: Right, that unit is located in the Faraday Wing, specifically on Workbench 7. CALLER: Perfect, Workbench 7 in the Faraday Wing. And what is the hourly access charge for non-members? OFFICER: The standard visitor rate is £18 per hour, but if you book a block of four hours in advance, the total discounted fee is £54. CALLER: That's a reasonable package. What safety equipment do I need to bring along? OFFICER: We provide nitrile gloves and eye visors, but every user must bring their own heat-resistant apron before starting the ultraviolet curing station. CALLER: Noted, I have one already. Do I need to attend an orientation before running the machinery? OFFICER: Yes, all first-time visitors must complete our practical induction, which takes place every Tuesday morning at 9:30 am. CALLER: Excellent. I'll book that induction slot right away. Thank you for your assistance!
