OFFICER: Good morning, Heritage Craft Pavilion. How can I help you? CALLER: Hello. I'm calling to inquire about the weekend masterclass in traditional highland backstrap weaving. OFFICER: Certainly! That course is taught by master artisan Elena Cruz. The practical sessions are held at the St. Jude Guildhouse on Millers Lane. CALLER: Millers Lane, got it. What time does the workshop get underway on Saturday? OFFICER: Registration begins at 8:45 am, with the formal demonstration starting promptly at 9:15 am. CALLER: That works out fine. And what is the total tuition fee for the two-day workshop? OFFICER: The standard price is £165, but full-time students and seniors qualify for a reduced concessionary rate of £130. CALLER: Excellent, I have a valid student card. Are materials provided, or do I need to supply my own yarn? OFFICER: All natural plant-dyed wool skeins and timber tension rods are included. However, participants are requested to bring their own wooden shuttle for the cross-weaving stage. CALLER: A wooden shuttle, no problem. Do I need to book well in advance? OFFICER: Yes, places are capped at twelve participants. We need the booking confirmed online with a deposit by Thursday, October 19th. CALLER: Perfect. I will secure my place online this afternoon. Thank you! OFFICER: You're very welcome. Goodbye!
