Notice to All Staff: New Hot-Desking Policy
Starting November 1st, the 3rd floor will transition to a hot-desking system. Employees in the Marketing and Sales departments will no longer have assigned desks. Instead, desks must be booked via the internal company app up to 48 hours in advance of your shift.
Lockers will be provided on the 2nd floor for personal items, as all desks must be cleared entirely at the end of each day to allow for overnight cleaning. Leaving items overnight will result in them being moved to the lost property box at reception. The IT helpdesk team will be stationed in meeting room 3A on the 3rd floor during the first week of November to assist anyone with monitor setups and docking station connections.
