Operating Hours: Monday to Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Extended hours) Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Weekends: Closed
Appointments: Standard consultations with a general practitioner last 15 minutes. If you require a longer appointment to discuss multiple issues, please inform the receptionist when booking. Walk-in appointments are only available for the general medical clinic; all specialized services, including physiotherapy, counseling, and dietetics, require an advance booking.
Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in an automatic $30 late fee added to your account.
