Welcome to Oakridge Tenancy Agency. Please review the following rules regarding your apartment lease and building management.
Key Rules & Policies: - Rent Payments: Rent is due on the first calendar day of every month. Payments made after the fifth of the month will incur a $50 late charge. - Maintenance Requests: All non-urgent repair requests must be submitted in writing via our online tenant portal. For emergency repairs (such as major water leaks or electrical failures), please call our 24-hour emergency hotline immediately. - Waste and Recycling: General household refuse must be securely bagged and placed in the basement industrial bins. Cardboard boxes must be completely flattened before disposal. - Notice to Vacate: Tenants must provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice prior to moving out of the property.
