On Tuesday, each of the 8 drivers based at the Kellsworth parcel depot delivered at least one parcel. What was the average (arithmetic mean) number of parcels delivered per driver at the depot on Tuesday?

(1) The 8 drivers delivered a total of 312 parcels on Tuesday. (2) If each of the 8 drivers had delivered exactly 5 more parcels on Tuesday, the 8 drivers would have delivered a total of 352 parcels.
