Question 5 follows up on the answer to question 1.] Leila (question 1): Hi, I'm Leila. I'm helping to organise Wellbeing Week here at Alder Vale College, and I'm chatting to people about how they look after themselves. So, to start with, what do you usually do to stay active during a normal week? [Test taker answers - 35 seconds] Leila (question 2): Great. And what about sleep? How many hours do you usually sleep on a school or work night, and is that enough for you? [Test taker answers - 35 seconds] Leila (question 3): OK, here's a situation. A friend of yours has an important exam next week, and they tell you they can't sleep because they're so worried about it. What advice would you give them? [Test taker answers - 35 seconds] Leila (question 4): Can you tell me about a time when you felt really stressed or under pressure? What happened, and how did you cope? [Test taker answers - 35 seconds] Leila (question 5, follow-up to question 1): At the beginning you told me how you stay active. What makes it hard for you to do more exercise, and what would help you do more? [Test taker answers - 35 seconds] Leila (question 6): The college is thinking of replacing all the snack and fizzy-drink machines with free fruit and water fountains. Do you think that's a good idea? Why or why not? [Test taker answers - 35 seconds] Leila (question 7): My last question. Some people say we live healthier lives today than people did a hundred years ago. Others say modern life, with all its stress and so much sitting down, is making us less healthy. What's your opinion? [Test taker answers - 35 seconds] Leila: Thank you so much for your time. I hope you enjoy Wellbeing Week!
