An international magazine is publishing a series called 'Things we don't say'. Readers are invited to send in articles about attitudes to discussing money, such as salaries, savings or the cost of possessions, in their own culture. Describe what people will and will not say, suggest reasons for these attitudes, and consider whether greater openness about money would be desirable.
